My stay at Merrils 11 was wonderful overall, with a superb location, clean rooms, and a friendly atmosphere that made my trip enjoyable. However, the drink options were limited and bar hours could definitely be extended for a more vibrant experience. It's also not a great fit for kids, given the lack of activities for them. Despite these downsides, the beautiful gardens and delicious meals certainly made up for it.
